If your beloved Castelli kit lies in tatters, our exclusive Cafe-Premio Crash Replacement Programme will get back on the road and looking resplendent again.

We can't turn back time to make you miss that oily spot or rub antiseptic into your road rash, but we will happily replace your damaged kit at a heavily subsidised price. We call this Cafe-Premio.

This service is exclusive to Castelli Cafe – and Cafe customers will get the biggest discounts – but it can be used by any Castelli customer in the UK who's purchased their kit from an authorised UK Castelli retailer.

How It Works

If you've bought a Castelli product in the last two years that has been the victim of a crash or other accidental damage, please contact us at including:

A description of the damaged item

A copy of your proof of purchase

Once we've given you the go ahead, fill out a Crash Replacement Form and return the item(s) to us.

Once your item's been processed, we'll get in touch with an exclusive voucher code to be used against a like-for-like replacement.

How much will you save?

If you bought the product from Castelli Cafe within:

One year: 50% off Castelli UK RRP

Two years: 40% off Castelli UK RRP

If you bought the product from another authorised UK Castelli retailer within:

One year: 40% off Castelli UK RRP

Two years: 30% off Castelli UK RRP


Any discount is given against the item's RRP. In some cases where an item is no longer a current collection piece it may actually be cheaper to buy the replacement in the sale rather than by using the crash replacement scheme.

All discounts are given against the Castelli UK RRP please do not ask for discounts off of the SALE price or expect the above discounts to be applied to the price the goods may be advertised at elsewhere.

Cafe-Premio Crash Replacement Terms and Conditions

You must be able to provide proof of purchase (your Castelli Cafe order number is your proof of purchase for Castelli Cafe customers).

Cafe-Premio is only valid for the original purchaser within two years of purchase.

All garments should be washed before return. Unclean items will not be processed or returned to you.

Products may only be replaced if the original product is still part of the Castelli collection.

Products may only be replaced like-for-like – i.e. the same product in the same size and colour.

In the event of the item being out of stock, we will allow discount against a similar item (at our discretion).

Cafe-Premio discount is against SRP and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion (Including sale items).

Damaged goods are returned to Castelli Cafe at your expense. If you have a valid claim we take ownership of the original item.

You must complete the Crash Replacement Form and return this, along with your proof of purchase, to us with your returned items. Items returned without a completed form or proof of purchase will be recycled.

You are liable for the cost of the return. We recommend using a signed-for service – we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in the post.

Maximum four garments per return. Only the first four garments on any form will be processed. If you have multiple items that need replacing please place in bags of four with a separate form in each bag. You may post all the bags together in one package.

By returning goods under the crash replacement warranty you accept these terms and conditions.

The Cafe-Premio Crash Replacement Programme is an additional service and does not affect your normal statutory rights.
